This event starts at 7:00 but it is best if you arrive a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork and find your place.
This event is open to everyone so tell your friends and have them join us as well. Remember there are a lot of people here that are not members of the agency so if you want to meet them you will have to sign up for Speed Dating.
Who Goes Speed Dating?
A common misconception is that these events are for people who can't usually get dates, however we must stress that this is not the case. Our events are typically attended by singles from a variety of backgrounds. Most people attend simply because they are not meeting enough new people through their existing circle of friends.
We have found our clients are normally intelligent, attractive people looking for a fun and totally original night out. We know it can be a difficult to meet people outside of your working life or immediate circle of friends. Speed Dating events help you meet fun and interesting people for a night of flirting and fun.
There will be a paid bar so you are free to purchase alcoholic drinks if you choose.
For those who haven’t heard of it yet here is a brief rundown of what’s involved:
The rules of speed dating are quite simple. A group of singles gathers at a cafe or similar venue. Armed with a nametag, a scorecard and their sparkling personality, couples are paired up to begin their first date. They then sit and ask questions about hobbies, lifestyles, family etc and just generally get to know each other.
Following seven minutes of conversation, a bell is rung, and the men move on to meet their next date. Think of it as a flirt's version of musical chairs.
Following each date, participants mark on a card whether they would have an interest in meeting their date again. If a mutual interest is noted, we provide each party with the other's phone number.
